We are always delighted to receive positive feedback from our parents and families. We feel incredibly fortunate to serve such a supportive and engaged community, and your kind words mean a great deal to us.
While we truly value your praise, we also welcome any suggestions about how we can continue to improve. It is natural that families may occasionally have concerns about aspects of their child’s education or wellbeing at school. We encourage parents and carers to share these concerns directly with us, so that we can address them promptly and effectively.
If a concern cannot be resolved through these conversations, our school has a formal complaints policy to ensure that every issue is handled fairly and thoroughly. Should you need further information about this policy, please follow this link School Policies | Sharow Primary School, Ripon or speak to the Headteacher.
The government has also produced a helpful guide for parents on how to raise concerns and make complaints in a positive and constructive way. This guide, developed with the Department for Education and national education bodies, can be found below
Our approach to managing feedback and complaints is guided by our commitment to ensuring that we flourish together.
