Welcome to Friends of Sharow School (FOSS) — our wonderful Parent Teacher Association made up of parents, carers, staff, and friends of the school who work together to bring extra joy, opportunity, and community spirit to school life.
FOSS helps create the magical moments our children love, while also raising vital funds that support enrichment activities, resources, and special events throughout the year.
And the best part?
Anyone can get involved.
No experience needed — just enthusiasm and a willingness to help when you can.

FOSS plays a huge part in making Sharow School a vibrant, happy place. Throughout the year, the team:
- Organises our much‑loved school fairs, discos, and seasonal events
- Provides refreshments at school activities and performances
- Raises essential funds that help pay for equipment, trips, and enrichment opportunities
- Helps build a strong, friendly school community where families feel connected and involved
