What Is the Triune Brain?
The triune brain is a model that helps us understand how the brain works by dividing it into three parts. It’s not exactly how the brain is built, but it’s a useful way to think about how children (and adults!) respond to the world.
We use this model in school to help us all understand our behaviours and others around us.
