24th April 2026

On Thursday, we were delighted to welcome Tm Bates from the Yorkshire Cricket Foundation, who delivered exciting cricket sessions for our pupils. The visit helped us promote Schools’ Cricket Day on 23rd April, held in support of the Women’s Cricket World Cup. Pupils had a fantastic time developing their cricket skills, learning more about the game, and enjoying being active together. If your child particularly enjoyed the cricket sessions and would be interested in continuing, please see the posters at the bottom of the newsletter for information on how to get involved and join local opportunities.
