Armed Forces Day
On Wednesday, our KS2 pupils had the exciting opportunity to visit Catterick Garrison to take part in Armed Forces Day. The children enjoyed a wide range of hands-on activities, including exploring military vehicles, trying on equipment, and tackling an obstacle course. The visit was not only fun and educational, but also a chance for our pupils to learn about the vital role our armed forces play in keeping us safe. It also helped them appreciate the important contributions made by the families of service members—some of whom are part of our own school community. Their support and resilience are a powerful reminder of the strength behind those who serve.
