At the end of every term, our families and children are treated to electrifying performances by the talented pupils of Rock Steady! Rock Steady provides in-school band lessons and brings all the excitement of School of Rock into our classrooms.
We have several bands within school, giving young musicians the opportunity to learn and perform together. Pupils can choose from a range of instruments, including drums, electric guitar, keyboard and bass guitar, or they can take centre stage as a lead vocalist. Through regular rehearsals and performances, children develop their musical skills, teamwork, confidence and stage presence.
The termly concerts are always a highlight of the school calendar, showcasing the hard work, dedication and enthusiasm of our budding rock stars. Even better, pupils can work towards earning a Grade 2 qualification, providing a fantastic foundation for their musical journey.
