During our recent Learning Together Morning, the classroom was buzzing with excitement as children embarked on a thrilling virtual rollercoaster ride — all from the safety of their seats! With hearts racing and imaginations soaring, they channeled the adrenaline and exhilaration of the ride into powerful pieces of descriptive writing.
From the clatter of the tracks to the whooshing wind and stomach-flipping drops, the children captured every twist and turn with vivid vocabulary and expressive language. Parents and carers joined in the fun, supporting their young writers as they crafted work that truly made us feel like we were right there on the ride with them.
It was a fantastic morning of creativity, collaboration, and courage — and we couldn’t be prouder of the incredible writing that came out of it!
